Who are the Pelangi programmes for?
Our programmes are designed for owners of small businesses in Malaysia — whether you are just finding your footing or managing an established operation that feels a little tangled. We work comfortably with sole traders, family businesses, and early-stage companies across a range of sectors.
How long does a typical programme take?
The First Page Review is a single session, usually around two hours. The Season Plan Advisory spans two sessions over three to four weeks. The Whole Almanac Programme is an ongoing monthly relationship. All timelines are flexible and will adjust to what works for your schedule.
Do sessions happen in person or online?
We meet at our office in Plaza Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, or via a video call if you are based elsewhere in Malaysia. Either way, the quality of the conversation stays the same. We will discuss what suits you when you reach out.
What kind of businesses do you usually work with?
We have sat with owners in retail, F&B, professional services, creative fields, and light trading. The common thread is usually an owner who cares deeply about their business and would welcome someone to think alongside them — the sector matters less than that shared intention.
How is the cost structured, and are payments flexible?
Each programme has a fixed fee in Malaysian Ringgit. The First Page Review is RM 570, the Season Plan Advisory is RM 1,250, and the Whole Almanac Programme is RM 1,950 per month. We are happy to discuss payment timing during your initial enquiry.
Is my business information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share with us is treated with care and in confidence. We do not share details of our clients' businesses with third parties. A brief confidentiality agreement can be put in place at the start of the engagement if you prefer that in writing.
